In Psychiatry, my interests are broad with a recent interest in infant and early childhood mental health. I also love the blend of psychiatry and medicine in Consult Liaison Psychiatry.

Outside of work, my dog and two cats keep life lively — they truly are my sunshine. I enjoy reading, especially fantasy and often daydream of living in Hobbiton and eating a Christmas dinner in the Hogwarts dining hall.

Food, I love anything and everything about it. I love to cook, feed people around me, and sometimes even plan my trips to new cities to explore their local food scene. Taking care of my plants and fish aquarium are always on my to-do-list.

Hobbies/Interests: 
Staying active is a big part of my life. When I’m not growing a small human in my belly, I’m an avid runner and especially enjoy running in hot and humid weather. I also find that’s it’s a wonderful way to explore a new area. And what better way to fuel this activity than to nourish myself with cooking and baking. Finding and testing recipes from the nytimes has been an enjoyable way to spend time with my partner and is a way to show my love for others.

Within psychiatry, my interests include working with LGBTQ+ and ASD patient populations. I envision working with both adult and child and adolescent patients in my future practice and hope to build good rapport with patients of all ages.

Hobbies/interests: 
My interests in psychiatry include autism and developmental disorders, psychotherapy in its many forms, school psychiatry, and collaborating with teams and families for patient wellbeing. Outside of psychiatry, I am an avid reader of Scifi and Fantasy novels; I love the outdoors and am big into hiking, cycling, rock climbing, and camping. When winter months don't allow for outdoor activities, I dive into video games, board games, movies, puzzles, and painting (mostly paint by number). My spouse and I also love to explore local restaurants and travel the world to experience new cultures when we aren't curled up on the couch with our puppy.
