  • Assessment Center

    The Assessment Center is located on the ground floor of the Donnelly Building and can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Admitting

    Depending on the reason for your visit, once you arrive at one of our locations you’ll be directed to the appropriate department by our knowledgeable staff.

  • During Your Stay

    The Institute of Living is committed to providing the best and safest patient experience.

  • After Your Stay

    Our health care team is committed to making your stay with us as safe. In order for this to happen we are asking you and your family to partner with us so we can provide you with the best possible care.

  • Billing & Insurance

    As a courtesy to our patients, Hartford Hospital submits bills to your insurance company and will do everything possible to advance your claim.

  • CareGram

    CareGram! is a free service of Hartford Hospital that allows you to send a greeting to a friend or loved one who is currently a patient at Hartford Hospital and listed in our facility directory.
