The Psychology Department offers predoctoral training in adult and child/adolescent clinical psychology.

The Psychology Department offers doctoral training in adult and child/adolescent clinical psychology. The internship has four tracks to which applicants can apply: (1) Adult track; (2) Child/adolescent track; (3) Adult Cognitive Behavioral Therapy track and (4) Child/adolescent Cognitive Behavioral Therapy track.

In addition, postdoctoral training is offered in General Clinical Psychology with the following areas of focus: anxiety disorders, child/adolescent inpatient clinical psychology, general adult inpatient clinical psychology, pediatric consultation/liaison, pediatric pain and palliative medicine, psychoses and cognitive rehabilitation of schizophrenia, Clinical Neuropsychology, and Health Psychology.

The goal of all of these programs is to provide trainees a diverse, well-supervised, and in-depth training experience that prepares them to assume full responsibility for patient care, and to function as independent practitioners of clinical psychology.
