Although development extends into young adulthood, the BYC is designed to support youth with tailored services as they transition into adulthood.
The Braceland Youth Clinic provides services for youth ranging from ages 3 to 26.

Eligibility
The clinic provides mental health services to children and adolescents up to the age of 26, as well as their families. The clinic accepts Medicaid and commercial insurance.
Medication Clinic
Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists are available to prescribe and monitor ongoing psychiatric medications. Through our teaching clinic, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellows also offer medication management, supervised by attending Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists. Treatment in our medication clinic requires an initial diagnostic evaluation and at least monthly participation with a mental health clinician (clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, advanced practice registered nurse, or psychologist). Individual therapy and family therapy may also be available with one of our child and adolescent psychiatry fellows, under the supervision of an attending psychiatrist or another mental health clinician.
