Psychiatric Vocational Services
The emphasis of Horticulture Services is on use of The Institute of Living’s greenhouse, flower shop and grounds as a vocational training environment.
Emphasis is on use of The Institute of Living’s cafeteria as a vocational training environment.
The Gift Shop is a retail convenience store on the IOL campus, which specializes in providing sundries and gifts to staff, clients and visitors.
The Department of Psychiatric Vocational Services has recognized recovery-based interventions as a vital part of the treatment for all individuals.
Occupational Therapy is an instrumental part of a client’s recovery at The Institute of Living.
Therapeutic Recreation Services are provided throughout the continuum of care at The Institute of Living.
The Peer Support Group meets every Wednesday at 12:30PM at the IOL. This group is intended to provide support, encouragement, and positive momentum for people in recovery from mental health and substance use.
