Our programs treat people who have addiction to drugs and alcohol.

Young Person’s Track

The Addiction Services Young Persons Track is an intensive outpatient group-focused therapy program that will be addressing substance abuse treatment needs. This program meets Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays each week from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm. The IOP day consists of three 50-minute groups, with individual and family treatment conducted as needed.

Your treatment team includes a clinician (who will coordinate your treatment) and a psychiatrist or APRN (who will provide medication management) and a PEER support specialist who has lived experience in recovery. There are weekly random drug screens given which is a part of the program, however, patients are not discharged for positive drug screens as this program operates on a harm-reduction model.

The program's goal is to have patients talk openly and honestly about their substance use disorder and how it may be negatively impacting various aspects of their lives. The program lasts an average of 6-8 weeks, and you and your clinician will work closely together to develop appropriate plans and goals during this time, along with a discharge plan for aftercare.

Professional’s Track

Welcome to the Professionals Program in Addiction Services! We hope you find our program useful in your recovery process. Although your decision to seek treatment represents a positive willingness to take responsibility for your recovery, it is but a single step on your journey towards a sober and healthier lifestyle. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm.

The program is abstinence-based and designed to provide education and group counseling to address the many issues involved in the recovery process. As you progress through this treatment experience you will be challenged to make many decisions that will help form the foundation on which your recovery will rest. The strength of that foundation will be determined by the quality and effort you make while attending the program.

MATCH (Medicated Assisted Treatment Closer to Home) Track

The MATCH track is a group-focused Intensive Outpatient Program that occurs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1:00 pm to 4:15 pm and is typically 6-8 weeks in length. The IOP day consists of three 50 minute groups, with individual and family treatment conducted as needed.

Your treatment team includes a clinician (who will coordinate your treatment) and a psychiatrist or APRN (who will provide medication management), and a recovery coach who will assist you with any recovery needs. We supply all MAT (medicated assisted treatment) in our program with the exception of Methadone but we will coordinate treatment with whichever Methadone site you are currently enrolled in. We offer Sublocade injections as well which is injectable Suboxone once per month and are happy to discuss this treatment option with you upon your arrival to the program.

The treatment team will work with you to develop an aftercare plan that you feel comfortable with and that supports your recovery. We operate on a harm-reduction model so patients are not discharged for positive drug screens which are given at random each week however patients have to be working towards their substance use recovery goals. We have an open and honest environment with dedicated staff that will treat you with respect and dignity as you progress through your journey of recovery.
