Gayathry is a Clinical Research Associate at the Institute of Living (IOL). She received a Master’s in Health Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She has prior research experience with Connecticut’s Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) and has helped promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at Montefiore Medical Center. Her interests include patient-centered research, patient experience, and quality of care. She is excited for the opportunity to harness research to support local community-led initiatives, and to further understand nuances in experience across multiple identities, with the goal of creating approaches that aim to provide patients and their communities with the highest level of care.
