Ongoing Research Projects

  • Promoting Equitable Assessment through Co-Creation and Digital Knowledge Translation
    • Funded by National Board of Medical Examiners and in partnership with the Frank H Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University. Focus is on co-designing a faculty development toolkit to foster equitable assessment of medical learners.
  • A Pilot Integration of the Racial Stress and Trauma Treatment Protocol within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
    • Funded by Hartford Hospital Health Equity grant to assess feasibility and acceptability of a novel treatment protocol for racial trauma.
  • The Psychological Effects of Internalized Stigma and Racism: How do we Intervene?
    • Funded by Hartford Hospital Medical Staff Grant.
