Ashleigh is an Administrative Associate at the Institute of Living’s Center for Research on Racial Trauma and Community Healing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Central Connecticut State University and joined the Institute of Living in February 2025. Her work focuses on event planning, administrative duties, cross-departmental support, and project management, contributing to initiatives that promote equity and community healing.
