Young Adult Services Programs

Group therapyYAS offers two different levels of care, including Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) options for two of the three specialty programs, General Track and the Right Track.

Our POTENTIAL Program currently only offers IOP level of care, but also has more options for outpatient services, compared to our other programs which do not offer any individual therapy services.

After being admitted to the YAS program, most patients are scheduled for 5 days per week (PHP level of care) for 2 weeks or 10 days and then will step down to 3 or 4 days per week of programming (IOP level of care) based on their individual mental health needs.  The total average time spent in the program is about 8-10 weeks.

Every kind of mental health problem is represented in the program, which offers:

  • Group and milieu therapy
  • Family work and education
  • Medication management
  • Support services for individuals and families.

Specialty Programs

YAS offers three unique, specialty programs tailored to each patient’s individual mental health needs. These programs each include case management and vocational services to help patients navigate any practical matters that may complicate recovery from mental health problems.
