Who we treat
The Perinatal Day Program is designed for pregnant or postpartum birthing parents within eighteen months of giving birth, who are struggling to function at home or work, maintaining relationships, balancing competing demands, having difficulty bonding with or caring for their baby, and/or in general struggling with their mental health.
Treatment Philosophy

Treatment approach
This is an 8-week intensive outpatient group therapy program.
- It is offered 3 days/week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 10:15am-2:00pm.
Services Provided:
- Screening and assessment
- Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- Dyadic mother-baby interaction therapy
- Therapeutic, parenting and psychoeducation groups
- Peer support
- On-site therapeutic parent-baby room
Holistic treatment options (i.e. perinatal Pilates, infant massage)
Referrals to individual therapy and aftercare groups for mothers and birthing parents
