Nina Fernandez

Title: Research Assistant I

Nina received her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in business from Florida State University in July 2021. She hopes to pursue a doctoral degree in clinical psychology to make a positive impact in the health care industry. Her research interests include increasing awareness and reducing the stigma of substance abuse in minority populations in addition to identifying risk factors and preventative measures for anxiety, deppression and related disorders. In her free time, Nina enjoys sketching and/or painting, going to the gym, listening to R&B music, and playing with her cat, Gordo.
